By Using This, You Are Deemed To Have Read And Agreed To The Followings Terms, Conditions, And Utilization Of Services :

Registration with the company is essential for all the candidates before any consideration for a job The registration is valid for up to one year only from the date of registration . The registration is valid for up to one year only from the date of registration . Registration with the company means that your candidature details have been added to our database. Registration with the company does mean that you will be guaranteed placed somewhere or we are assuring you about the job placement. Registration fees are just a facilitation charge to keep your details in our database and to intimate you about any suitable vacancy .   

The company does not guarantee your placement or selection against any vacancy as selection is wholly dependent on the skills of the job seekers and the company has the sole right to select or reject any candidate. If a candidate is selected for a job through the company , he or she will solely be the employee or the organization in concern and the company will not be responsible for any legal issues , dispute, or other matter that takes place between the organization and the candidate . You agree to share your contact details and resume with the company which will suggest and recommend you to the various organizations. by agreeing to the terms and conditions , you provide authority to the company to intimate you about the available jobs via SMS or E-MAIL for any available offer, matching your interest , from time to time during the period of registration.  

 The candidate is to attend the interviews at their own expense. If the organization will provide the expenses in that case we will not responsible for that. If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations , he or she has to inform us and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our records . In case of selection of the candidates , the candidate will pay 15 days of the first month's salary as our service charges. The candidate will be liable to release our service charges after selection and before the date of joining by Cheque , draft, or online money transfer . The services charges are applicable to all the candidates who accept the offer letter or the confirmation given to the company about the joining but join or do not join the organization on the provided joining date. The company is free to pursue legal court proceeding against the candidate for breach of contract .   

The company will take in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. Late fine will be charged after 7 days without any prior confirmation from our side . In case the candidate does not deposit the aforesaid half month's salary to the company within 7 days before the joining then: Service charges should be paid in full within 7 days before joining. The offer letter remains the property of the company until receiving the full payment . In such case, the candidate shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. The candidate will not be considered for any vacancy in the future if the candidate does not attend the interviews arranged by the company and that his or her candidature will be canceled.
