Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee our operations in Chennai. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, and driving growth and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including staff management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of educators and administrative staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, implement strategic initiatives, and drive revenue generation.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resources to achieve profitability targets.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, uphold quality standards, and implement best practices in educational service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
