Position Overview: As a Hostel Warden, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of our students residing in the hostel. You will be responsible for maintaining a conducive living environment, enforcing rules and regulations, and providing guidance and support to students when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of students within the hostel premises.
• Ensure the safety and security of students by implementing security measures and conducting regular inspections.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations, addressing any behavioral issues or disciplinary matters promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain records of student attendance, incidents, and disciplinary actions taken.
• Provide guidance, counseling, and support to students, addressing their concerns and helping them adjust to hostel life.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to coordinate hostel activities, events, and maintenance tasks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive living environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
•  years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in an educational or residential setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine concern for the well-being of students.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to student housing and welfare.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
